Social Networks, PDF and User Rights

Hello,

I have three questions that I do not know how to do exactly:

  1. I found how to add facebook, twitter and g+. However if we go here we can see that there are an enormous number of social networks. How to add the others?
  2. In the same page you can find a button to export to pdf, but what should be used for that?
  3. And the most difficult one. Imagine you have a community which works on several text projects, say receipts.
    • Every registered person should be able to create a new receipt. However the whole community can participate in it.
    • So here we have a lot of contributors, but the creator should be able to admin his project, i.e. revert, block, add may be some pulls (e.g. to ask if something is worth adding).
    • There is an option that author admins its pages, but what exactly is he able to do? How to control it?
    • Imagine that the project is not just one receipt but a set of receipts related to a vegetable, a kind of minibook for the vegetable.
    • Moreover, to be coherent there is a standard "templates" for the book structure (module "structure"?) and for every type of pages. Let say that every book should have an description of the vegetable (with a proper template for the page), a set of receipts formatted w.r.t. another template and finally every receipt formatted to the third template.
    • How can it be established if there is any way to do that?
    • If not, can be an addition of a structure/page be changed in such a way that several pages with different templates are created at the same time and linked in a structure or with a hyperlink? Finally, is it possible to force user to create a page with the specified template?

Thank you and have a nice day!

PS: I hope that the text is not too long and too incorrect.

You can add them separately, or use a service (as I did) such as AddThis. AddThis also has a PDF export option.

For your other questions, I suggest that you review the docs on Permissions and Categories. You can easily control who can do what to specific pages (or groups of pages: categories).

I don't fully understand your "template" questions. Note that Tiki's content templates are really "starting point" for pages — when you create a new page it can be "pre-loaded" with a content template. However, changing a template will not update existing pages. If you want to be able to control (and change) content on specific pages (even after the page is created), you can use Tiki's Dynamic Content System. Please see the docs for details.

Thank you very much! I will check AddThis.

To be clear for the third question, what I would like to have is a kind of button that generates a book (with the name given by the user) with the content given by templates for the the first,second,third... pages. And the person who creates this book should have rich permissions for editing it, but only he (and those he is going to allow). For permissions I am going to check the helpful links (thank you!). For the rest, it seems that PHP-coding is necessary (?). Where to find the starting point for coding (documentation, instructions)?

Trying to add AddThis, I have encountered to the problem that "PHP function 'HTML' not allowed by security setting". Are there some settings for that? Is it server problem?
