    I keep on receiving this error message every time I click on the "Upload New Version" on the attachment files of a wiki page.

    I'm using version 12.2

    I've attached the screen shot of the error message.

    Can't seem to find the elFinder addon, is it installed by default or it is installed manually? smile

    Yep, elFiinder is the culprit smile. I'm no longer encountering the error as soon as I've disabled the said addon.
