Not logged in when accessing thumbnails ??

Hi,

I just realized that my Tiki 12.2. doesn't show thumbnails in the file archives. They are missing altogether. When I try to acess them in a new window, by copy & paste of the thumnails URI, I see why: Tiki complains "You are not logged in" - which is false. I am logged in...

When I follow the link on the "you are not logged in" error message, then Tiki says, that I am indeed logged in. But still, I cannot access any file's thumbnail. I can access the file itself with no problem, but not the thumbnail...

I am seeing this on IE 9, which is used here in the office. At home, neither my IE 11 nor FF show this behavior...

Thanks
Oliver

Hi,

Well, whatever it is, it does not block the actual files, only thumbnails...?! Or what else could it be, since I cannot even manually open such a thumbnail by copy & paste of its URI, since that produces the obscure "not logged in" mesage?

How does Tiki determine that someone is not logged in when calling an image?

http://mydomain/tiki/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=74&thumbnail
produces "not logged in" error page in my wikis standard layout,
http://mydomain/tiki/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=74&preview
produces the correct image...

Thanks
Oliver
