Interestingly, if recurrent events are added using the number of instances option, transitions across DST boundaries are handled correctly, without shifting the event time by one hour after the boundary. However, if a recurrent event is added using the start at and end at dates, the times are shifted by one hour at the DST boundary. These behaviors should be rectified to act the same way. The default mode should be to keep the event time constant across DST time boundaries.
