Tiki 12 item number instead of subject in emails sent by tracker
Hi, I got a weird problem. A bug/ticketing tracker (Tiki 12.0, I know about the updates, but I won't do it if this has nothing to do with the problem bellow) started all of the sudden to send in emails the number of the ticket (a number field automatically incremented) in place of the subject field (a regular text field).
Problem is: it is not a constant behaviour! Sometimes the subject (the title of the problem) makes it, sometimes the number.
What other info do you need, how will I debug this, is there any setting related to this? BTW the number in question it's not the ID of the item.
