The links are in the login popup, but can't be seen because both the links and the background are white. Thanks for reporting this problem. Tiki 14.1 will have a corrected Strasa style sheet.
In the meantime, you can add this to the custom CSS box under the "Customization" tab of tiki-admin.php?page=look:
.siteloginbar_popup .dropdown-menu {background: #2498c7;}
