202209 TAG Meeting

We coordinate on meeting date to maximize presence of key people (which is subjective). If too many key people are unavailable, we delete that date, and perhaps offer more future dates. In any case:

• Three weeks prior to the meeting date, the meeting date is fixed, to avoid last-minute time changes.
• Discussion topics are also fixed (no more additions/removals) 1 week prior to the meeting date so everyone can be prepared. Questions, subtopics, more information, etc. can be added up until the meeting date.
