Please define 'news feeds'. Do you mean RSS newsfeeds or content you can pull from a newsserver (NNTP)? I assume you are talking about RSS feeds. You can define these in your Admin panel > RSS modules. After defining the RSS properties you must define a user module for them to make them visible on the screen.
