    Hi!

    I'm having some problems installing tiki1.7.1.1 on linux machine.
    When I try to run the tiki-install.php script, it fails to connect to DB.
    Mysql seems to work from command line with all users.
    Anyone have ideas how to solve this?

    Try putting your database login details in the DB/tiki-db.php file.
