Hi Sharon,

What you must do is first of all enable the File Galleries as a feature (Admin Panel) and then make sure you assign the right permissions (Admin Panel > Groups > assign_perms) to your Registered usergroup.

The idea with a link doesn't work. You must upload the files into Tiki.
