Closed site, but can't login
This is a problem I solved...
On General Preference you actived "Disallow access to the site (except for those with permission):"
But the problem is that you did not give yourself permissions to get back in (tiki_p_access_closed_site) or your did but it did not work.
The solution...
In PHPmyAdmin or MySQL through shell, find table 'tiki_preferences' and change the value of 'site_closed' from 'y' to 'n'
