Goes in the menu admin, option groups.

For instance, on the "Registered" line, you will see a key, click on the key. You will enter in a screen where you can define the permission of the group "Registered". Before the list of perms, select "Articles" in the list of perms, and you will have all the perms concerning articles for the group "Registered". Select the one you want
