I want my tikiwiki to look like this one...?

Not only am I new at TikiWiki, but I"m not all that technical, although I have some pretty heavy Drupal installation background. We have Tikiwiki set up and ready to go and I'm a bit frustrated by the layout. I want to set up our installation so that the main menu appears on the right side, so that I don't have a three-column display, with empty space on the right.

As a matter of fact, I'd be perfectly happy with a site that looked like THIS site, but cannot figure out how to configure this. I don't see an "enable items" place, nor do I see a place where I can even select the number of columns.

Can anyone help me? The only control that I can find that deals with this is Admin: Features in the General Layout Options. When I select "never," though, for a left column, my menu just disappears - it doesn't get moved.

Do I need to choose a specific theme to support this?

I want a two-column setup, with the following in the right column: a search box, a menu, an update box, a message box, online users, page changes, and shoutbox (what IS shoutbox, anyway?). And I'd like to be able to change that as I wish, closing some functions if I don't use them. Can someone please point me in the correct direction?

Thank you VERY much.

This is what you are looking for:
tiki-admin_modules.php

Modules in Tiki are the boxes on the left & right side. (In other CMSs "modules" have a different meaning)

OK, I got it. Thanks very much! Just figured out how to change from 3 to 2 column too. But how do I display forums so my users will use?
thanks!
