hello Tikiwiki group

i am new to this good site i download it and install it and it works fine but with arabic language the text is not arabic at all i try to translate the arabic file but the problem was the codding the incodding in language is :coding:utf-8

i need to use this coding :windows-1256

i change it in language and it is ok but where can i change this code too to get it work fine
