banners only available to administrators?

I've implemented banners on my site by defining a banner and placing "
 Plugin disabled
Plugin banner cannot be executed.
" on the Site Identity admin page under Site ads and banners.

After doing this though, I've noticed that only administrators can see the banner. I really need for anonymous and registered users to see the banners as well.

I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find any permissions that specifically pertain to banners.

Anybody have any idea why I would be experiencing this behavior and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance.

That is very weird. I suggest you try adding that code to a module (works for me)

Are you calling an image which is in the image gallery? Maybe this image has permission restrictions...

Sorry but I'm pretty new at this. I'm not quite sure what you mean by "adding the code to a module". Which module would you recommend? I'm willing to try anything smile

I'm not calling the image in an image gallery. The HTML banner code references the image on another web site.

Thanks for the help. Please let me know if there is a preferred module that I can try this on.
