    Installed

    Tiki version 1.9.7, php 5.2.2, latest mysql, Windows 2003 Server IIS

    and used the Basic Easy installed profile.

    I added admin to the admin group, edited the admin permissions and checked every box.

    I get the all of the icons on the admin page.

    If I click on any of the icons or links all I get is:

    A new page with the icons on the top as a row
    No Checkbox area of any kind where I can check preferences.
    A bottom area with "Crosslinks to other features and settings"

    I have re-installed many times and picked other profiles but I never seem to get the preference checkboxes to display.

    The stranger part is that all of the tiki-admin-*.php seem to work but

    the line

    missing page for plugin INCLUDE


    in tiki-admin.tpl works if $include = list-sections

    but is completly blank

    if $include is any of

    "features", "general", "login", "wiki", "gal", "fgal", "cms", "polls", "search", "blogs", "forums", "faqs", "trackers", "webmail", "rss", "directory", "userfiles", "maps", "metatags", "wikiatt","score", "community", "siteid", "calendar","intertiki","gmap", "i18n"

    all warnings are on with no errors that it cannot find anything.

    Quite strange.

    Make sure you have at least 16 Mb in your php.ini memmory_limit setting (just to be sure that this is not the reason)
