Features / Usability

This had been working just fine, but now e-mails to admin about new user registrations are not coming thru. On the Admin/Login screen, both "Users can register" and "... but need admin validation" are checked. On General Preferences a valid e-mail (that worked before) is entered. Where else do I need to look to get this working again? Thanks!
