tmp

tiki is having a problem accessing the /tmp directory:

The directory '/tmp' does not exist or PHP is not allowed to access it (check open_basedir entry in php.ini).

I have checked the open_basedir entry and it is not set. And I cannot access the httpd.conf to see if it is there. How can I fix this problem?

Thanks
