    Hi All,

    Cannot connect to the same LDAP server that I am using for MediaWiki and other software...

    I am getting:

    Connect Host: ldap://iv-pdc01.MYDOMAIN.EXT:389. Binddn: sAMAccountName=MYDOMAIN.EXT\somename,CN=Users,CN=stage,CN=Users,dc=LDAP,dc=MYDOMAIN,dc=EXT at line 192 in /var/www/RgiTikiwiki/lib/auth/ldap.php

    any ideaS ?

    I forgot to add also this error from the logs:

    Error: Bind failed: Invalid credentials: LDAP_INVALID_CREDENTIALS at line 203 in /var/www/RgiTikiwiki/lib/auth/ldap.php

    solved just changing the configuration (without the patch).

    The problem was in some parameters, specially in base dn used as "search filter":

    CN=stage,CN=Users,dc=LDAP,dc=MYDOM,dc=MYEXT -> KO

    dc=MYDOM,dc=MYEXT -> OK
