Real examples of trackers

Would someone share the urls of some websites that use trackers so that I can see real-world examples of how trackers are used? And please mention also where and how they are used so that I know what to look for.

Thank you.

Here are a couple of examples.

You can go to http://dev.tikiwiki.org/Search Bugs and click "filter" to see a "classic" example of trackers.

At reaxmusic.com, trackers are used for inputting and storing data on bands, venues, (Florida) community events and so on. This page - http://reaxmusic.com/skipper's%20smokehouse - is an example of how the tracker information is displayed using a "pretty tracker" method (a template holding tracker variables is made with a wiki page). See doc.tikiwiki.org for more information on that.

Gary's link to teh Dev site is a classic "Bug Tracking" scenario. The great thing about Trackers is that they have evolved into a full form building application.

Here is a link to some forms that use "Pretty Trackers" In other words Tiki also allows you to easily style for forms as well. There is also options to add in "Workflow" or "Logic" to your forms.

There are many other examples but these are some of the newer ones and I know that others have done some incredible work with Trackers but they are on private sites. Difficult to demo.

I hope this gives you a good glimpse as to what Tiki Trackers can accomplish.

You can use Trackers to create simple "Contact Us" forms (http://twbasics.keycontent.org/contact+us ) as well as tables that present/display previously collected data (http://twbasics.keycontent.org/Contributors#Credits_and_Acknowledgments )

Another example:
Barter networks, where we use a tracker for Offerings and another one for Wants.
In action here (in Catalan):

Items are linked from one tracker to the ones in the other which belong to the same user, to ease the task of transactions... (you offer this that I'm interested for, and you are requesting that, which I might have or get for you... etc)

There is also a profile in progress for that which you can test at least this basic behavior already (and in English :-) :
