Category permissions are not working for wiki pages

Wiki home page is not viewable by Anonymous user. I am seeing "You are not logged in" message on my wiki home page when I am not logined in. It is wrong because wiki home page belongs to the category that have "tiki_p_view" enabled option for Anonymous. "Category" feature is enable.

Same problem take place with other wiki pages which belongs to same category. I have not tested category permissions with other types of Tiki Objects yet.

Where is my mistake?

I have TikiWiki 5.1 instance.

Hi!

From what you describe, it's supposed to work.

Try clearing all system cache tiki-admin_system.php?do=all just in case.

Can you reproduce on a site where we can login and go an see?

Perhaps you have object permissions which are overriding the category permissions? Please check tiki-list_object_permissions.php for hints.

Best regards,

M ;-)

This being said (categ permissions for wiki pages work well AFAIK), we are aware that category permissions have some issues with some features in Tiki5. (ex.: forums)

The workaround is to simply give object permissions to that forum. (Unless you have hundreds of forums, this is manageable)

Nonetheless, we are working to resolve all of these for Tiki6. Please help find issues:

Thanks for attention. The question turned not actual.
