Daily reports

Hi,

I'm trying to get daily reports working for a Tiki installation and it appears that they're not working. I've not been able to get any reports sent for hte user watches. when I disable 'use reports' they come through as changes are made.

Here's what I've got:

I'm using Tiki 6.1

I followed the instructions at:
http://doc.tiki.org/Daily+Reports
on how to set up daily reports.

I changed the cronscript line 18 to
$tikiUrl = "http://www.hea.edu.au/heawiki";

The site home page is www.hea.edu.au/heawiki and Tiki installation is in this same folder.

I've set up the cron job and it appears that the cron is working fine. I've attached an email that seems to indicate that the cron job is set correctly.

I'm a little confused as to why the cron job is needed for the script to run, but in the 'reports settings' you can select 'daily, weekly or monthly reports'.

Suggestions please?

What actually causes the reports to be sent?

Where are the reports stored, before they are sent?

Your help will be appreciated.

Regards,
Guy.

Hi,

I'm nudging this thread a bit harder. Can anyone please offer me some advice on how to get the daily reports operating or at least where I can start to try and figure it out.

biggrin

Hoping that somebody reads this post. Is anyone aware of another Tiki forum that I might be able to post on?

Regards,
Guy.

Sorry, I don't have any idea about this problem (or the one you posted about in another thread) but if you don't get any good response here, try asking on IRC #tikiwiki or on the developer mailing list (info is in the menu at the top of the page. More developers will see your questions on IRC or the mailing list, than here.

Thanks Gary.

Does anybody know how the reports work. If someone can describe this for me and tell where the reports are stored, I should be able to locate the fault.
