mod_security rule problems with new host Tikiwiki V 5.1

I was advised that the issue I have (getting banned) appears to be related to the domain jacmus-prime.net and this link:
/lib/jquery/jquery-ui/external/jquery.cookie.js

It is considered as Cross-site Scripting:

Copy to clipboard
Pattern match "(?:\b(?:(?:type\b\W*?\b(?:text\b\W*?\b(?:j(?:ava)?|ecma|vb)|application\b\W*?\bx-(?:java|vb))script|c(?:opyparentfolder|reatetextrange)|get(?:special|parent)folder|iframe\b.{0,100}?\bsrc)\b|on(?:(?:mo(?:use(?:o(?:ver|ut)|down|move|up)|ve)|key(?:press|d ..." at REQUEST_FILENAME. [id "950004"] [msg "Cross-site Scripting (XSS) Attack"] [data ".cookie"] [severity "CRITICAL"] [tag "WEB_ATTACK/XSS"]

My IP Keeps getting banned because of this coding in Tiki wiki.

Can anyone help provide a solution or is my host not able to support tiki wiki?

If that's the case can someone suggest a reliable and cost effective hosing company?
