URLs coming up wrong on button links...

This seems to be a very odd problem I cannot figure out. My hosting is a Shared Host on GoDaddy.com, and I had to manually set up Tiki since they do not support it. For a day it was working fine with no issues, but after doing a database backup, and some other issues they told me was with some type of CGI turbo thing they disabled... everything started working again. I've tried backup restores, as well as fresh installs of Tiki 6.3, but my main problem continues.

The problem is basically that most internal links use the wrong URLs, and i have to manually enter URLs to get things done.

Like If I go use the gray edit the page button on a wiki page, instead of saying...
http://mydomain.com/tiki-editpage.php?page=FAQ
it will say and try to run
http://mydomain.com/tiki-index.php/tiki-editpage.php?page=FAQ
if I cut out the "/tiki-index.php" manually and go to the URL, then it all works fine. It does this on admin pages too, adding extra tiki-admin.php and such as well.

I'm far from a web server expert, so I'm not really sure where to look as to why this is happening, so if anyone has any clue where I should start, it would be very appreciated.

Its a GoDaddy CentOS Linux host...

This problem is only happening on my Tiki installation. For tests I have Joomla, and Drupal both in different folder, and they have no issues getting URLs right. Its almost like no matter what URL I want to click, it just tacks it on to the end of the URL thats already on top of the window, instead of going back and going from the root.

Here is a test site on the web server if anyone wants to see what I am talking about...

This is a default Tiki 6.3 unzipped in a folder, and a brand new untouched mysql database set up. and configured for it.

it is at http://doh123.com/tiki6.3/

Anyone can log in (until if some jerk compromises it and I have to reset it) as

admin
12345

you'll see how all the links are broken inside...

Your link is broken (shows another site).

Do you get any suspicious PHP error or notice if you enable error reporting?

In case you know PHP, the relevant code is in tiki-filter-base.php. Although finding the bug may be non-trivial without a debugger, working around may be accessible, hardcoding $tikiroot, $tikipath and/or $tiki_setup_dir.

yeah, I screwed up the link.. sorry, it was supposed to be...

http://doh123.com/tiki-6.3/

forgot the dash.

Currently on GoDaddy.com Hosting as long as I have php4 and 5 linked to their FastCGI stuff (whatever that is, in their Control Center), it all appears to be working correctly right now, and the problem is totally gone... I have no idea why exactly... but as of right now, I'd say not to worry about the problem even though i don't really understand it.

Thanks for the help though.
