I have just installed Tiki Wiki in my personal site ( http://www.luiz.claudio.nom.br ), and I'm quite satisfied with it. Kudos to all the team.

However, in all pages there is a transparent bar right at the top of the page. Can anyone enlighten me on what it is and what can be done with it?
