    Hi all,
    I use tikiwiki, probably version 5.2 but I am not 100% sure, and it is hosted on a friends server.
    For some months I cannot access the site anymore.

    When I open the link to my wiki and put in user and password the fields just empty, I am not forwarded to the starting page as ususal.
    However, when I put in wrong credentials it does show me the message 'Error Invalid Password'.

    I have been searching for clues how to solve this everywhere on the web, the only page I could find within tiki.org is probably 'http://doc.tiki.org/Login+Config'. However, no joy so far and I am getting desperate.

    Can anyone help, please??

    Well, Tiki 5.x hasn't been supported for quite some time and I don't recall having heard of any similar issues. You should review the server logs to see if anything is being reported.

    If things were working previously but now do not, you should check:

    • Did you make any changes to the Tiki files or configuration?
    • Did anything change on your server or host (for example, upgraded your PHP version.
