Domain Duplicating on All Links

I just installed tiki 13.1 on my home server. It is up and running great, but I find myself running into one problem: whenever I click a link, instead of

my.domain.com/tiki/

I get

my.domain.com%2C%20my.domain.com/tiki/

I don't know why, but every link in my Tiki install adds that "%2C%20" to my domain; in other words, Tiki thinks all my links are

my.domain.com, my.domain.com/tiki/

I don't know why it keeps adding the ", " (that's what the %2C%20 mean in the URL) and then duplicating my domain name.

What else is weird is that if I edit the url in the browser and manually remove the extra text, it loads fine. I hope it makes sense what's going on; I've never encountered this error before (and I do have other websites running on my server, so I'm not that new to all this), and I apologize for any ambiguity.

Any help would be much appreciated.

So, it appears that my Canonical URL Domain is messed up. I don't know why it did that, but I also can't find where to change it. I know there are preferences on whether you have "www" or whatever at the front, but I'm not sure if that's what is needed.

How do I tell tiki what my canonical URL domain should be? I also tried looking for this, but couldn't find much.

Thanks!
