How do I view Google Street View the entire width of the screen, for example. as there http://preview.ait-themes.com/directory/wp1/item/car-pro/

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking... If you simply want to open a link in a new window, full-screen, you could probably do this quite easily with a little JS or JQ.

Can you provide additional details of your usecasee? The link you provided does not appear to be a Tiki site.
