How to create rules for posting or submitting
Not sure if his is where to post the question...
Just discovered tikiwiki and I like it a lot. I've developed on PHP before and had been looking for something like tikiwiki to help me create a submissions site I'm developing for my school's alumnus. However I'd like to program in rules in the submission process of articles without permanently altering the tikiwiki codebase. I know its possible to add in code in the pre and post stages of tikiwiki, but I'm not sure if this is where to do it. Is this possible? The kind of rule I'm thinking about is forcing users to comment n number of other user's submissions before they are allowed to post their own submission. I know I'll have to create/alter the db tables, np on that.
