Community and *.tiki.org site organization

I should setup my magazine website? I don't want to post the URL so, please check my profile and click the link.

I'd like to incorporate the CMS and allow any registered user to post news articles on the main feed. As you can see, I don't have Tiki setup yet but I'm having help coding pages using Tiki.
