    On tiki 16.2 on Freebsd. I would like anonymous users and registered users to be able to upload images to a gallery, but I don't want them to be able to browse a gallery and the browse button always takes them to the galleries to browse. If I set permissions so they can't view galleries, the browse button goes away, but so does the upload button. Is there a way to make this happen?
