Do not have installations permissions
I expect this is a simple problem
I am trying to Install V17.0 on a shared host website
Installatron installs V15.4 with no problems
I have uploaded the V17.0 files to a public_html directory
When I try to run the installer for either an upgrade or a new installation I get the following message:
You don't have permission to access /tiki/installer/tiki-install.php on this server.
I have checked the file permissions and they are 755 or 644 as in the V15.4 installation.
I do not have SSH permissions in the CPanel.
What am I missing?
