    Fresh install of 18.2 (Windows)

    PHP Fatal error: Class 'finfo' not found in D:\inetpub\wwwroot\wiki\lib\filegals\filegallib.php on line 4182

    The class is in the /lib/mime/mimelib.php file (or should be)

    finfo doesnt seem to be in the library. It is in the 17.2 library... ???

    Anyone else have success uploading to the gallery?
