Search for Blockchain Connection

Hello to all. Again, after a year. I'm running a new Tiki Wiki Installation on SteemWiki.org and I'm sill a real newbie administrator. But my goals are far out! I like to connect the Tiki Wiki to the Blockchain for media, The Steem.
I dont want to bore you with special points and come straight to the main question. Is anybody out there, able to fit the blockchain API to the Wiki? I'm dreaming of binding Steem libraries into my Wiki to use Wiki functions on the Steem. I*ve read all along the explanations, but I've got not one goal, Not one Steem–Blog in my SteemWiki.
From tomorrow on I got a total sever control. Ubuntu 18.04.

Does anybody have an idea, how to fix my problems?
