Ajax Error on Home Page

Dear folks, tiki gurus.
Since upgrading from 18.2 to 18.3 some strange behavior has been taking place.

Now, in several location and at random times, this error pops up as shown in file attachment. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Well, I've tried to upload the file attachment but the tiki screen goes blank. Hmmm
