What is the internal link syntax for blog and a blog post

Greetings,
What is the internal link syntax used on a wiki page to create an internal link to a main blog page and to a specific blog posting within that blog?

The syntax
Copy to clipboard
((About))
works great. When I used
Copy to clipboard
((blog1))
or
Copy to clipboard
((blog1|NanoBlog))
, for example, clicking the link asks me to create the blog page, but this blog is already created. I've been able to create a blog list using
Copy to clipboard
((tiki-list_blogs.php|Blog List))
too and it works okay. I haven't found the blog link syntax in the Tikiwiki documentation either.

Hi, for anything else than wiki pages you need to use the bracket syntax, e.g. [blog1|NanoBlog].

HTH,

Hi, following up on this thread: Is there a magic keyword, or accessible variable that accesses only the newest blog post? With such, one could have a blog "newsticker" and have the newest entry quoted on the startpage, for instance (and the blog would serve as a history function for this display...)

This does NOT work, at least not on Tiki 18.8. "Internal error", as it redirects to WEBSITE/blogpostXXX, which does not exist. Actually, blog post XXX resides on WEBSITE/tiki-view_blog_post.php?postId=XXX...

This leads to the conclusion, that the correct syntax must be

Copy to clipboard
[tiki-view_blog_post.php?postId=XXX|Blog Post]

Experiment shows this is un-elegant, but works.

Assuming you have SEFURL enabled, [blogpostXXX] should work fine.

Here it is on this site: blogpost899

If there are prerequisites, you should not forget to mention them B-)

Thank you luciash d' being and Rick Sapir. It did not even occur to me that a
Copy to clipboard
[blog1|Nanoblog]
or
Copy to clipboard
[blog1]
syntax would work without the full
Copy to clipboard
https://URL/blog1
as a internal link. D'Oh.

The other thing that surprised me is that this syntax does not work in Menu links. I needed to use
Copy to clipboard
((blog1))
instead.
