    • My "New User Registration" Tracker won't connect to Members group.

    On my v21.0 site, when editing the Registered Group by trying to connect a "New User Registration" tracker I get the "Oops" error..
    "Template Group children cannot have permission: Admins,Writers"

    I'm exactly following the steps outlined in the documentation,

    and these steps do work fine for a fresh v21.0 install, but not my site. Step 1.4 (2) is causing the error.

    The problem is, I am not using Template Groups anywhere, so I don't have a clue what to fix.

    Has anyone else seen this?
    What are the permissions being referenced?

    Yes, i just got this today too, it's a new feature and not well thought out or tested i think, will be working on that soon (makes groups unusable)

    Hi William

    That should now be fixed in Tiki 21.x, and the bug report here is now set to pending. If you use git or svn (or the daily build) and you can update to check please close the bug report if it's now ok for you (i know you didn't add it, but i think it's the same issue).
