I don't know the trackerfield plugin i'm afraid, but i would use plugin list (for just about everything!). It takes a bit of getting used to but is so flexible i think it's totally worth it...

What you want is probably something like this i think:

{LIST()}
  {filter type="trackerfield"}
  {filter field="tracker_id" content="13"}
  {filter field="object_id" content="42"}
  {OUTPUT()}{display name="tracker_field_yourPermanentName"}{OUTPUT}
{LIST}
