    In trying to solve a problem of different menus for anonymous and registered, I have inadvertently created duplicate left hand column menus. This happened because I used + Create menu option more than once, and both are showing.
    So, how do I uncreate a menu option. Also, there is an empty menu heading I cannot find out how to remove.

    OK, much trial and error, I had to find assign and delete the assign. Done.
