How realname is controlled in Tiki

I have a Tiki23 with use email as username and with a tracker user.
Field 2 is last name: Sfez
Field 3 is first name"Bernard

I set use realname and in admin=>login :
set user_trackersync_realname = '3+2'

However the real name display "Sfez Bernard" instead of "Bernard Sfez" where the order pf the real name is controlled ?

Seems that in administration the realname is created depending of the value of the tracker field id no matter what you set. So in the Admin lists (like the user list) it will display "Sfez Bernard"
IE : fieldId2 is displayed before fieldId3

However the plugin "Realname" is showing the name of the user in the correct order: "Bernard Sfez" has it is looking at the admin => log-in => set user_trackersync_realname orders of fields.
