IP regex matching
Type in the IP address you want to ban. This maybe be useful if you allow new users to easily create new accounts, and the username option above is not being effective.
Banned from sections
Check sections from which the username/IP address should be banned.
Rule activated by dates
Check this box if you want the rule to only be active between certain dates (see below).
Rule active from/until
If you checked the box above, set the range of dates you want the rule to be effective.
Custom message to the user
If you like, type in a message to the user whom you are banning.
