There is no wikiplugin_banner.php file in my Tiki downloads (1.8.5 and 1.9.rc3), and I'm wondering if this page is mistakenly describing banner syntax for templates and modules as a wiki plugin.
This page describes using the banner syntax to place a banner in a template or in a module, but the code doesn't work (at least for me) directly in a wiki page, and it doesn't follow the form for plugins (using = instead of =>, for example). This page's title and describing the banner display syntax as a plugin seem to be incorrect.
If no one objects in the next few days, I'll rename the page and clarify its content.
