Tiki Suite's general purpose collaboration & communication features are useful to any organization, including health organisations. And Trackers could be used to build all kinds of databases. However, in the health sector, there are also legal compliance aspects (ex.: HIPPA in the USA) and standards (such as OpenEHR).
