Getting Started with User Administration

Expanding the Admin (click!) menu in the left navigation bar, you can find a link to Users which will get you to the Admin Users screen (see UserAdministrationScreen and PermissionAdmin ).

Expand this menu item by clicking the '+' sign or :: or other gizmo next to Admin (click!). The specific gizmo depends on the theme you're using.

If you simply click the Admin (click!) menu item itself, you will go to the Administration panel instead and you cannot add/delete/etc. users there. See TikiAdminSettings for more details.
