    I found some problem today I fixed in 1.9 RC4/CVS.
    Perhaps it is the same?
    When I was admin and not when i was an user with no perm tiki_p_amin_trackers (by default you have this right), I saw the field header but a blank value, if the field is visible but not public.
    Try to put every thing public visible to test if you can see the values...
    or if you are on 1.9 cvs update
