Login screen

I'm working on an Intranet and it won't be accessible by the 'Anonymous" group. Is it possible to modify the login screen to be more friendlier. For the moment, when I open the browser to login, I get the menu on the left, the login box on the right, and in the center, this scary error box evil telling me to go back because I don't have the perm. Do I have to modify the templates ? Which one ? How ?

Really, really good work. Thanxalot

Hi Max,

You don't necessarily have to modify the templates (*.tpl files) to fit your requirements. What you should do is have a look at your permissions in Admin section and assign the required modules to the Anonymous group. These modules will be shown before any user is logged in. If you can want to avoid the annoying permission denied error then choose a different Homepage (Administration > General) and set it to a option that you think is OK to be viewed by anonymous users. Alternatively you can specify a custom home page which could be a very simple HTML introductory page.

Regards,

Pat.
