in 1.9 RCxx (I don't remember which xx)
In the admin/modules panel:
you have to set the right groups for each module (to select more than one group use CTRL)
After go in admin/general panel, uncheck 'Display modules to all groups always:'
and check 'Hide anonymous-only modules from registered users:' this last option exists only after 1.9 RCxx
If you don't have this option upgrade your tiki
Be carefull to assign groups to each module otherwise you can lost all the modules
