Did you change a template? Specially did you create a template module?
It seems to say that it is on the first line of the template around =. And it seems to say that it is during the evalutaion time. It means you have a php error in one of the templates in templates_c/*template_name*.
If you know which template, the easier is to put progressively comment {*...*} around lines
