Well I have no details or support for TikiPro, your best asking there. I only suggested TikiPro because of your use with Postgres. TikiWiki is certainly not in a stable condition with postgres. Using mysql and its a different story.
Looking at their site it could be a problem with session.save_path in the php.ini. Some shared hosting providers are simply no good for use with TikiWiki.
