    Some volunteer with IIS around to try to replace
$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI']
with 
$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] = $_SERVER['PATH_INFO'] . '?' . $_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'];

in lib/tikiticketlib.php


    I can't try. I banished forever IIS
